Week 5: Double Exposure

To make the boundary less distinct and better integrate with the background, I adjusted the opacity. Additionally, having flames and tattoos adorning the body gives it a more distinctive and personalized look.Final Submission of Double Exposure:
I used images within a similar color palette to create a more cohesive overall appearance. The sunlight faintly seeping through the clouds divides the forest, and the reflection beneath the lake adds richness to the scene

Feedback
Week 5:
The lecturer mentioned that the 'recoloring' is fantastic, and other images with effects should not be wasted but can be included in the e-portfolio. The lips and nail colors in the 'recoloring' are too vibrant; you could try reducing the opacity.
Week 6:
The lecturer mentioned that the second double exposure looks okay but needs improvement. You can try placing the body on the far right of the image to reduce the edges. Additionally, blending the light around the head with the background would make the image more naturally cohesive.
In the sketch of the photo manipulation, the textures of the toad and watermelon don't quite fit well. It might be better to replace them with pineapple textures, which would likely improve the overall appearance significantly.
Week 7:
The lecturer mentioned that the fusion of pineapple and toad looks good, but there's still room for improvement. I suggested an alternative option of a rhinoceros bird with a banana.
Week 9:
The lecturer initially mentioned that placing a banana in a bird's beak might not be very noticeable. They suggested trying to position the bird on a tree branch with some bananas below the tree. Later, it was discovered that a plain background works better, and placing the logo on the banana would make it stand out more.
Reflections
Absolutely, exploring double exposure assignments in Photoshop has been a captivating experience. The diverse range of blending modes and the fusion of different images can yield a multitude of striking effects. This process unlocks the potential to craft a variety of compelling visuals with each combination offering its own distinct and engaging result.
Moreover, delving into photo manipulation unveils a world of creativity and unforeseen possibilities. The search for resources often leads to the discovery of unconventional and imaginative combinations. Witnessing these innovative pairings often leaves me in awe of the artistic prowess and limitless creativity displayed by creators in generating such imaginative and thought-provoking compositions.
