Adobe Illustrator is quite an interesting tool that
holds a lot of possibilities and convenience. However, due to limited
exposure, I often find myself sticking to basic steps whenever I work on
something, which can make the process seem a bit cumbersome at
times.
But during this final project, when I was creating
the pattern for a magical book, I felt extremely satisfied. The final
product looked delightful to me. Additionally, I primarily used Adobe
Illustrator to create most of the elements. Hence, starting from scratch
to sketch or even create the desired final product required constant
alterations, which was indeed exhausting at the beginning. However, the
moment I saw the finished product, the sense of accomplishment was
overwhelming.
Combining Adobe Illustrator with Photoshop can be a
bit complex, but adding colors and light can significantly enhance the
visual impact. When it comes to animation using After Effects, since I
only had a basic understanding, I aimed for something beyond the
fundamental animations.
Consequently, I had to continuously search online for
solutions. I attempted numerous tutorials, but the results were not as
satisfactory, consuming a lot of time. Nonetheless, thankfully, the final
product met my passable standards, so I accepted it.
Aside from technical limitations, my computer's
constraints were substantial too. Rendering just a 15-second video took an
hour, and I was cautious not to overload the computer with too many
effects as it might not handle it well, resulting in more losses than
gains in the end.
